Online shopping can be a little difficult at times.We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase. Absolutely no refunds will be given.

Return Guidelines

Items returned within 7 days of their Orignal shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. All returned items must be in their orignal condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in a 20% FEE or ineligibility to receive store credit.  

Bodysuits , Swimsuits , Accessories and Sale Items are FINAL SALE.

If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email [email protected] within 1 day of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.

All items that are returned to B'iorignal Fashion for reasons other than being damage or incorrect, are at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.

A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to B'iorignal Fashion. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be returned at owners expense.

Please keep in mind that the orignal shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
